Log into your Wiltshire account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer care team to receive a Return Authorization number.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
